Minimum order 
RGB only accepts purchase orders and payments in euro currency. Purchase orders with a total value (excluding VAT) lower then € 100,00 are charged with a non-refundable € 25,00 handling and administration fee.

Pricing and Transport
All communications from RGB by email, fax, phone or any other means, are to be considered in euro and as product pricing only excluding freight and VAT charges. VAT (if applicable) and transport charges apply to each complete and partial shipment unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Order confirmation
RGB accepts purchase orders placed by fax or email and as a security measurement we confirm each order by email (and/or fax if required). In return we require our customers to check our order confirmation and reply incorrectness within 24 hours if applicable.
